Master Terms of Service

1. Scope of Commercial Terms

By accessing apacsupport.com, requesting quotes, or engaging services provided by APAC Support Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service and any executed Purchase Order, Statement of Work (SOW), or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Orders, Deliverables & Service Standards

APAC Support Solutions fulfills orders and advisory/technical mandates according to the specifications, proofs, and service level schedules confirmed in writing with the client. Clients warrant that any brand assets, logos, or data supplied for fulfillment comply with applicable intellectual property and export laws.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All client brand assets remain the sole property of the respective client. Mutual confidentiality obligations apply to all non-public pricing, recipient address lists, and corporate documentation exchanged during an engagement.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore & Asia-Pacific Commercial Arbitration Centre. Commercial inquiries may be directed to support@apacsupport.com.
